Entrance 3 closed to traffic

The South Colleges Renovations and Additions project has begun and is well underway. Demolition is taking place now at Baker and Will Rice Colleges. The project is scheduled for completion August 2010. During this fast-paced project, construction traffic will enter the campus at Entrance 3, Main Street at N. MacGregor Drive. For safety reasons, this entrance will be closed to all traffic, except construction vehicles, beginning Monday, Jun. 15. Pedestrian traffic in that area will not be affected.

If you normally access the campus using this Entrance, please plan to use Entrance 4 to Alumni Drive or by Entrance 1 or 2 off of Main Street to Founder’s Court. If you park in the Lovett Parking Lot please be aware that parking gate number 2, behind Allen Center (shown on map), will be closed for the duration of the project. All the other parking gates to Lovett Lot will be accessible.
