Texas Medical Center replacing Garage 1 façade

Texas Medical Center will be replacing the exterior cladding of the façade of Garage 1 with Glass Fiber Reinforced Panels.  Garage 1 (corner of Fannin Street and Dryden Road) roof level will be blocked off from Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31. An additional 30 parking spaces throughout the garage will also be blocked off throughout the duration of the project.

The contractor will install Class A Barricading, signage, and have flagmen on site to direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic. All work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am.
